wen shower fitments are in,wots best way to cut the holes and place them on wall,if fitment attatched to wall,so you cant slip tile with hole over?if you know wot i mean.

Unscrew the fitments, put the screw back into the plug and use as a marker to cut holes into your tiles with your drill bits.

The replace the fittings once grouted.

if you need to cut holes try the hole cutters from 365drills.com they are good hole cutters, bought some for porcelain and cut through like butter.....
