Got a call the following day and customer was not pleased :incazzato:'What happened to my floor'...Errrr i cleaned it! she said i do not want it that clean..can you not clean it so well. I said you either want it cleaned or not make up your mind.

dose stick out like a sore thumb, perhaps she feels obligated to have the rest of the floor done now regardless if she wanted to or not, if thats where she wanted the test patch then she only has herself to blame, would of been better somwhere out the way then she could of made a more informed choice.

All we are doing is cleaning her floor back to its original state. We are not for instance trying to polish or hone the surface of the tile which would be carried out in an area out of the way. I always try and do a test area in a doorway, in front of a sink or cooker as these are the areas that get the most grease, dirt etc. No point doing a test clean on a bit that gets no traffic, you got to be sure you can clean the worst areas. Because if you get the job and you can not get these areas clean the customer will not be happy. customers husband saw the floor yesterday and emailed me this morning and he likes it as has instructed me to go ahead with the job. So good news there. I think she was shocked by how dirty it was.
