hi guys, been a while but looking for some advice.i have a slate floor to tile approx 15sqm slate is 600x200x10.the floor is new screed which went down a few days ago, this has underfloor heating that runs off the boiler. problem is boiler isnt in yet and wont be for a while,now can i tile this floor once screed has dried without having to run the heating up and back down like normally? hope that makes sense !!

screed needs to be allowed to dry,approx 1 day per mm thicknez
heating needs to be run, brought up to temp gradually and run for about a week. Then cool down before tiling.
If not then walk away !
Will cost ya if not !!!!!

i would not tile this unless i fixed s flexi matting down before tiling if the screed cracks so will your tiles and you will end up being upset for the sake of a few pounds more.
prime sreed with sbr. fix matting with rapid flexi adhesive . allow to dry over nite . then fix with rapid set flexi grey! 10mm notch. clean then seal slate . grout with a flexi grout. seal again with slate sealer finish.:thumbsup:
