Hi guys, got my first paying job this week, kitchen floor. It's on a slight slope but the customer doesn't want me to level it off. The problem is that at the top of the slope there is a sharp drop of about 10mm but not all the way across the room. Having never used slc before how deep can i use it or will i have to use something else to get the floor flat for tiling?

How easy or hard is it to use?

Also do i use primer on the floor before the slc or before the tile or both?

Thanks in advance.
