Small bathroom

I am starting a job next weekend, for the bro in law. The tiling: floor - 4.2m2 300x300 ceramic. walls - 12m2 200x200 (ish) ceramics with 1 vertical and 1 horizontal boxed in area to tile. All to be grouted too (obviously). Now heres the tricky part as I know the guy he is going to help me with the prep work. Walls to be reboarded. Floorboards ripped up, extra joists and noggins to be put in. new floor in ply, hardibacker then im good to go.

What sort of price should i go in at, bearing in mind i am doing all the tiling and sharing the prep work :dizzy2:
