Software for invoice and quotes? Page: 1

Hi guys, I need some software for my invoices and quotes. What do you use? I need it for decorating and tiling so it needs to have an area large enough for descriptions of works carried out.

Cheers guys, if you can post an example picture of your current invoice that would be handy as well.

Check out MYOB Accounting. Will do everything you need it to do and probably more. Fully functional accounting package with job tracking and stock control if you need it.

You can go from quote to order to invoice just by clicking a button, without further input apart from changing the date if necessary.

I have a sample estimate on here somewhere.

Oh, nearly forgot £175.00 and no further licence fees to pay.

Cheers for that mate, not for me I'm afraid as I don't need an accounts package as I have an accountant to do all that for me for nothing, she's a really good friend and a few chocolates and a couple of bunches of flowers and she's well happy!

I just need the invoice and quote, been doing it myself on word but would rather have a template and I can't be arsed to create one, so this is my other option.

Ha Ha, no need, just found this site - Freeware / Download Free Software / New Freeware - Today
And under business these are a few options for Invoices, some other good stuff on there too. I'll try some and let you know how it goes.

Oh and it's all freeware, so not illegal
