Soundproofing

I have a small bathroom floor to tile in a b&b , directly below is the owners living room , so they would like very little noise from footsteps etc .... Height and cost restrictions aren't really an issue , but I don't really want to be lifting up the tunn and groove floorboards which are very solid with no deflection ! Any advice welcome , thanks !

Have just done some new build flats ( heating and plumbing) the bathrooms had this fitted. Not sure on cost. But worked well.

Have you used this product yourself plan tec ??

Once. I was sceptical at first, but it really was easy to use and worked well. It had to be used in a period house converted into flats.
