stained tiles

Advice needed please, layed some beige porcerlin textured tiles in my bathroom, with charcoal coloured grout, unfortunatly some tiles have stained and cannot remove, can anyone advise on a stain remover please

Have the tiles absorbed the colour or is there a grout residue left on them Jon?

Both, its a porous rough tile
