Hello peeps,

I've just finished tiling a brick bond slash back and everything looks good and I'm happy with the job BUT........ theres one thing doing my head in...There is a stainless steel plate above the cooker and where I have tiled up to this stainless steel there is obviously a cut edge ( It's running up at a angle to the extractor fan) So I have run a line of silicone up both the joints and I'm not happy with the finish....
Any ideas what i can do to sort this out? BTW the tile edge is sticking out 6 mm

Thanks:thumbsup:

No charlie I didn't take a pic (should have though)

Yes mick the tile is thicker (I know i should have done that but thought silicone would be ok learn from mistakes eh)... Think I'm going to cut some trim down with the wet saw and stick it with silicone...what do you think? Or the other option is buy one of the silicone kits from trade tiler to get a neater joint?

Thanks for the replies guys..
