Stainless trim

Hello fellow tilers

I've got a kitchen to do in a couple of days and the customer wants the tiles only half way up the walls. The problem i have is they want stainless or white edging trim around the window sill but none on top of the tiles.

Still with me?

Therefore at the top of both vertical trims it will look a bit unfinished.

My question is, is there anything i can use to make this look better or should I advise against it?

I usually have a nice grout radius when trim isn't used.

Any thoughts welcome

I would advise them to have all trim or no trim - one or the other !!
Another tip is to use the box / right angle, flat plate metal trim - if you can get it. Does not need mitering. Easier to use and looks a lot neater.

Bloody hell that was a quick response leatherface! I thought i was the only one up fretting about work!

Ive seen the plastic end stops but can you get similar for stainless?

Yes , have seen them, not sure which manufacturer though - that's why I prefer to use flat plate metal - doesn't need them

used this last week to do a bathroom.looks neat but customer wanted it running down both his windows,hence mitreing at corners.bit of a bugger to get a neat cut with my crappy hacksaw.will have to get a better one.
