Discuss Stupid Question Time - Knees ???? in the UK Tiling Forum area at TilersForums.com.

I have been doing my biggest floor tiling job for the last week and hopefully there is only one day to go :-?

So.... The question is...

What do you do to stop your knees getting really sore - My back is moaning a bit, but my knees are definitely worse.

I have gel knee pads with double elastic straps, but I feel that they cut the circulation off a bit. I regularly use a couple of foam pads (Like the gardening ones) but doing the floor this whole week has just been agony.

My best help which I found last night was a bag of frozen peas on each knee :)

Any advice much appreciated
