Sub contracting work and tender help

Could some1 help tell me how to apply to put in a tender, and wot I need to have in place 2 do this, I am self employed

depends who it is for
if you have been invited to tender then the documentation will tell you all their requirements - usually H&S risk assessments insurance requirements trade association memberships etc

yes you will need plenty of experience and enough ready cash to carry yourself materials and employees for a couple of months, be registered as a contractor with the hmrc and be on gross payment with the hmrc (must have had £30,000 profit previous year) otherwise you will have to pay tax twice and claim it back the following year
