Working away in Sunderland next week and I could do with a decent tile shop to get all materials from. Any lads from the area got any recommendations? Any help would be appreciated

You will struggle to understand anything they say... They will only sell you cheesy chips... And a ticket for the game is easy to come by... They pretty much give them away
