Swimming pool pricing

Hi, im new to the site and unfortunately its a dreaded pricing question. I've been approached to replace 100m2 of a public swimming pool floor. The areas have been already been cleaned out etc and are in a few pockets of 10-15m2 in size. Ive been told the tiles are 300x300 with no mosaics in there

Is there a m2 price for swimming pools and are there any hidden things to look out for? Ive spent ages on google and not been able to find much help
