Swimming pool

Have been waiting to tile swimming pool indoors and underground. I noticed cracks ,salt and water coming through the cracks. They rendered the areas and on my return there is still small amounts of water coming through the render. Obviously there is a problem but what it is and where it is coming from is a mystery. I obviously dont want to tile it but was looking for some advice so i can pass onto the contractor.

I'd be speaking to the contractor NOW, it's not your problem but don't tile it until it's sorted..don't sound good

As above heard a subby ending up in court over a simmilar situation the guy was working for a large well known Tiling contractor, not worth the risk m8

the pool needs to be watertight before you do anything this doesn't sound good any chance of some pics

I agree with the guys above, leave well alone. What ever the problem is, it isnt your problem and can not be tiled until it is sorted and totally dry. Couldnt say what it is without knowing the construction of it and what is under it.

As Whitebeam says, get onto the contractor asap and dont take any rubbish from him, if he is like some of the guys I have had to deal with (and walk away from) in the past he will try filling it with silicone.
