Hi we had our floor tiled last week , he used loads of adhesive to level the floor , and the same night 2 came up , and the adhesive underneath was damp and some crumbly , the edges are now hard , but I have hollow spots on lots of tiles , it's not grouted yet as he did not come back after getting half the money ....the tiles were expensive so wondered if any tool is available to get some up at least without breaking . I've been left in limbo and he is ignoring all our contact .any advice would be great thanks
