TAKING UP GAP WHEN TILING

Can anyone advise me on best course of action. A bath tub has been fitted and secured in place. It is solid and isn't going anywhere. I've been asked to tile the walls, obviously coming down on top of the tub. The corner isn't square and as a result a 10mm gap has been left. Can this be taken up with tile adhesive and tile if the tiles are run out gradually towards the corner. Once done you wouldn't notice. The bath cannot be moved now as it is level and solidly in place. Thanks.

You can give it a skim of adhesive to straighten it out.

That’s not uncommon to be fair. Square it up with with extra adhesive. As you say you won’t notice. If you don’t you will as won’t be even across Bath width

Ok thanks, l think that's my only option. As a tiler, can you recommend a good flexible wall tile adhesive?

I use Mapei keraflex maxi s1. But there are lots of choices. Down to personal preference

With making stud walls and various carpentry in bathrooms. I can’t abide anything that I make that’s not square and level. In lots of tiling jobs however you sometimes get what you are dealt and they can usually be overcome. With a bit of thought and skill

How thick are the tiles you are using? unless its metro i'm pretty sure that 10mm will quickly vanish once you have a tile,adhesive and sealed it up with Silicon

Youll make that up with the tile and adhesive ,not many walls flat and square these day ,
