Discuss tank with blue star? in the British & UK Tiling Forum area at TilersForums.com.
I think that would depend on the type and size of tiles you intend to fit. Blue Star dries by dispersion so if you take away a porous substrate by tanking and then try and fit porcelain tiles it may take sometime (forever?) to dry. You might get away with small/medium ceramics but i wouldn't go any further than that.Just another quickie?
if I tank around the bath / shower area, can I get away with Blue star??
I have a few tubs in my shed thats all :shifty:
I'm sticking my old pair of specs in the post to you tomorrow Dave mate.:lol:oops missed the tanking bit.......lol lol.... .............use SPF mate..............
