Tanking or not?

Hi,
I am undertaking a small wet room on the ground floor. The room is no bigger than 2 sqm2. The wall and the floor are concrete. Do I need to put waterproofing membrane before putting floor tiles?

Besides, could you recommend underfloor heating because I don't have space for radiator.

basically it is recommended to tank the whole area in a wetroom of this size
it shouldnt be too expensive in a room that size though. like dave says we have experts in wetrooms on the forum who will explain things for you if necc.

Thank you for the reply. I bought some waterproof membrane. Do I need to put BAL WP1 waterproof on the concrete floor? then lay the membrane?

I am confused. How many layers should I put on the concrete floor before I put mosaic?
