Getting made redundant in June from British Airways so looking to be the worlds favourite tiler with a little help you all

That shouldn't be a problem mate It will take longer than a couple of months to get yourself fully setup and established mind, but anything can be done as they say.

I'd try and get a course or two in about now so you can do some friends and family jobs before charging right in June/July when no doubt you'll need some extra pound notes for the pub and what-not.

As with anything, there are good and bad places to go. So pick a training centre that offers accredited qualifications or approved training. There are a couple floating around in amongst the 'other' centres that offer tiling training.
