Anyone got their tax rebate through yet?

Got my cheque in the post today, nice little treat before Christmas. :hurray:

Nah, would be my 4th year. Didn't get my return in til the middle of October this year though.

Think this will be my last year of CIS vouchers so from now on it'll likely be me owing the tax man money. uke:

When you've done jobs where you've had tax deduced at source on payment. Vehicle costs/diesel/tools/pencils/chippys etc can be claimed back as business expenses. Got £771 back, not the worse result. :hurray:

Nice one at time of year! I got mine earlier in year too.my cis deductions added to more than i owed so i got back too.more put on my cis two wks ago.

I've only done 2 or 3 CIS jobs in the last 5 years and haven't done any this year. The last rebate I got was many moons ago, ahhh happy days

I've not done my returns yet but last year got about £2500 back, should be similar this year

I'm PAYE so I just give the tax mans bank details so my company can put my wages straight in his bank - cuts on the postage costs :incazzato:
