Since switching to the new forum software the mods and admins can't add new users to the various user groups we have for the time being.
Due to data rules being more strict these days, members email addresses can't be shared between staff. Only the person responsible for poo hitting the fan should things go wrong (me) can have access to the users personal details.
So while im getting some custom code done to sort that out, Lou and I will be the ones who add users to the various user groups.
You can still request it to any mod or admin. But Lou will check a list morning and evening to action them.
