Yea mate, specialist and hard work!!!
I've seen it done, but it was years ago, and sure the method hasn't changed.
They're laid into a sand and cement screed, grouted over with white cement, and then you get a polishing machine and wet grind it flat, then you change grit sizes, and polish the floor, angle grinder around the perimeter where the polisher can't get to it.
Messy, noisy, dusty horrible job!!!!!!
