got a job to quote for...the walls are textured..a bit like sand in the paint, it is well adhered with no flaking. Can i tile over it or not ? I have not had this to quote for before..normally with this stuff I'm skimming it for smooth walls, oh by the way..it's a bathroom.

Just treat it like any other painted surface.....at least the gritty finish will help with the adhesion process if it is sound enough to tile on......dave..
