A customer was fitting his own ufh so I suggested he rang Aarron, not only did the customer get his ufh mat at a cheaper price than the one he had been quoted but arrived at his house at 8.30am the next day.
This also made me look more professional as a result, cheers Aarron

Putting the slc down wed/thurs. The Ufh was a last minute thing after he ripped all his kitchen out. I was always going to lay slc but when he phoned to talk about Ufh thats when I gave him your number.
