Yea Dave, she didn't want large ones getting dirty as she thought it would look horrible? I did tell her grout would be sealed after, but the customer is always right mate.

Grumpy ... it was an utter pig. The floor was all over the shop and had to be levelled which wasn't easy this time of year and Dave helped me out on some ways round it.

Mind me asking how long it took and what you charged mate.

Na its a step up to the other floor.

The concrete was in two levels and two parts so gave the customer her choices and she chose keeping the step.

It took me and TJ 5 days and cost £1650 they provided matts. It goes all the way down stairs to the left and along a long alleyway, and to the right of the gate is another pathway along the front of the garden.

It had old tiles down before which had to be smashed up and the floor was soo messed up we had to level up all over the place.

Stairs were also twisted which was a big pain.
