its worse when its not your fault. when silly people phone up and leave a message but dont leave there door number.

I priced a job once,very small 3m2 floor/cutting around victorian style toilet and pedestal.Anyway i gave quote and said it could be 3 weeks before i could do.Funny people,old man looked 7'tall,his wife looked 4' tall and daughter i could only see back of her at sink!odd beings i thought.
About 2 and a half weeks later i rang,"hello,is William there?"i asked,his daughter had answered,"dad,its the tiler" she shouted,spooky i thought.How did she know,this was a real old house with no gadgets up to date !! :yikes:
