This is a new one on me

Doing a black and white mosaic kitchen floor,tiles are from topps using normal bal grey grout and the sales man at topp's has told the customer you must use pure bottle water for the mixing of the grout, well this is new one to me for 40 years I have been doing it wrong I've been using normal tap water.

clean water, yes, but never heard of bottle water, lol.....taking the mick ain't he..?

where on the back of the grout bags dose it say bottle water? and i use loads of bal grout...

i sometimes wonder where topps get there staff from..

Maybe they are starting to sell bottle water as well,you could imagine the slogan, " use Topps bottled water making youre grout more healthy".

I did see this somewhere ages ago regarding bal . if that is the case then change the brand of grout :lol:

So how do you wash off then? That must have some effect on the grout if you use tap water. Work that one out then!!!
