Threshold Question

Hi - I am in the process of tiling a kitchen. The original floor is 18mm plywood and I have overlaid it with new 9mm ply. I am laying 9mm floor tiles so where it joins the laminate floor in the adjacent areas I have a drop of 18mm plus the adhesive. I would be grateful for any recommendations on the type of threshold strip that may be suitable.
