yes we had build up of tile cheese in the bottom of the dewalt when we moved the machine the other day so we took it apart then took it out to the skip and give it a good blast with the hose -pipe job done we will do the same when finished,how do you clean yours!!!???

usually scrap it out into a bucket then flush down with clean bucket of water. On a weekend while at home I will use the jet wash in warmer weather.

dont have one yet but clean any wet cutter at the end of every job

generally clean them at least every daywhile it's easy to just rinse stuff out. i get worried in case build up of debris in the trays and by the spindle may affect the cuts somehow. probably not really necessary to clean them as much as i do though.

Never thought of a pressure washer at weekends, I always done it on the job, so far, but if that save's time to get home in the week then I can see it working for me.

Still better give it a quick wipedown with a sponge everyday though.

I've been doing that at the end of every day.
Not sure if it just because it's new, or the fact i hated trying to clean my old cutter if i left the "cheese" for a few days.

Putting the pump in a bucket of clean water has to be the best tip so far. (thanks for adding it to the D24000 accessories/tips thread)
While you are doing it. move the "spray heads" to clean off the whole wheel...
