Got a call today for a floor cleaning job and as it was on the way home i called in to have a look. The customer had just moved into this barn conversion and wanted the limestone floor cleaned. She told me she had someone else has given her a price to clean and seal the floor. She told me the floor should look like another floor in the barn as they were the same tiles, so i said could i take a look. So she showed me the other floor and i asked her who told her they were the same tiles? She said the other guy who quoted...What did he quote for i asked. Just to clean and seal she replied...I had to explain that one was a polished porcelain and one was a honed limestone  I did a cleaning test on the honed limestone and the customer was happy with the result and i got the job
