tile purchase incentives?

Hello all,tell me has anyone ever been offered a bung by a shop to get people in to purchase their tiles?
i have a nice little agreement where by i can offer a customer a 25 % discount and on the side of that i recieve 5% onto my account,
i find this very good all round,i spent an hour in the shop with a client one day last year,his tiles added up to a very nice amount,i got just over 900 quid for my hour,and over 6k for the tiling job so you see it works good for all.

EMC offer a voucher scheme of 25% to split how you want, 15% for the customer, 10% for yourself etc.

Thanks for all your replies,good to see same thing in diff places,
i had another offer yesterday from a shop,cash i was told if i bring in the customers,my 5% deal is credit only,but can purchase anything inc tools,materials etc which is ok.
