Tile removal

Just a quick one. If you remove tiles from a splashback and the wall behind is no good would you just need to plaster where the tiles were or the whole wall to make it even?

Is it solid plastering or dry linning

Solid plastering. But what would be best?

Some guys use the wickes one coat stuff or some rapid adhesive if there not to deep

I tend to go the rapid set route

The ready mix plaster skim? So that would just be needed for the patch where the tiles were?

If your going to use rapid set adhesive or have some use that to fill the holes

Just fill the holes with a rapid set adhesive, do it as you are tiling. Don't bother with skim if you are covering the same area that you have removed the old tiles from
