Sorry dont meen to sound to negative but why do you want it. I watched the video do not see how it saves time. Just reverse tile and add a bit for spacer. Traditional way takes 20 seconds or so a tile maybe less. The tool means you dry lay a complete row mark them take them to cutter tcut take them back having marked which order you picked them etc. I forget what goes where when i dry cut small porches imagine a 8 metre run.

a DIY version would be door stop cut to size. or a tape measure.
