I agree with him to a point.
Tilers should have more input into a tile job. But more from the point of view on prep work. Making sure the correct weights are being met, the use of tanking and correct sealer's for stone.
If the customer wants big tiles, with tons of holes cut in them, then so be it. But they will have to pay for the privilege.
