Gonna be using it tomorrow on a balcony. Anybody got any experience with it, good or bad? It'll be first time I've used it so just wondering if there's anything that's not on the spec/data sheet that I might need to be aware of.

beautiful stuff, if I could justify the extra cost i'd use it all the time but sometimes you have to be realistic and say their spf is more than up to the job in most cases.

It bought it was quite good but then I haven't used since this mini heat wave so could now be well off. But better pot life than your average addy (I assume you mean rapid set)

Beauty about dealing with TM is this.......Have a car showroom to do next week, Tiler has had Ultimate Spec'd, He was worried about it going off too fast, quick call the TM and pallet ordered with a slower set time......everyones a winner.

Is it a rubber crumb type? No supplier locally but keen to try it.

No crumb . it is an S2 adhesive though.
