Hi Guys, Ive had a very brief look through a few threads and seems a great little community.
I appreciate rates arent meant to be discussed in public but was wondering if someone could pm me re taking up kitchen floor tiles (2.6m x 1.4m approx) and relaying some replacement tiles. Just wanted to know roughly how much I should look at putting aside for the job and any recommendations/tenders would be greatly received.
Ive lived in my flat a couple of years, am quite young and have had some bad experiences with workmen. I saw someone elses pictures of frankly a bodge job and it put the fear in me again as my experience is usually a knowledgable 'Project Manager' comes along with good, professional quotes, then some clown seems to complete the work.
