Approx 60m sq of floor
Made up of five rooms:
28m sq
18m sq
8m sq
3.5m sq
2.8m sq
Tiles will be supplied, being 600mm x 400mm x 12mm Travertine (Honed & Filled)
Adhesive and grout would be by your self.
You would be tiling on a Lafarge Gyvlon Flow Screed over UFH.
I have been supplied with (by the screed company) a sealant to paint on the floor prior to tiling which as to be applied in two coats, the first at 50% dilution, followed by anther at 100% you can also price for the application of this if you wish.
