Tiler with CSCS for Chessington

One tiler needed for a run of 20 identical new build houses in Chessington, (a local tiler within 30-40 miles is prefered):

STARTING WEEK COMMENCING 09/08/10

spec: 150x150mm contract whites, approx 20msq per plot x20.
Must have a full 5-year CSCS card, a copy will be taken by me and your original card will be presented to the builder and you will have to carry it at all times on site.
UTR, Insurance, own tools needed, etc etc
The first plot will already be tiled, you will just need to copy the setting out.
