Yep, social is the way.

Im lead to believe that next year will see G+ make massive strides to overtake FB.....

There's a setting somewhere in Google+ that lets you pick a name-related URL you know.

Pintrest is a major one to do TBH.......helps with Google Rankings a lot (so I am told!)
