Tiles Missing Tile Trim, Is There A Way To Fit Tile Trim After Tiling?

Hi I have fitted 2 tiles above small wash hand basin and I am looking for a trim or finisher to fit round tiles....I probably should have fitted tile trim before hand but is there anything out there I could use to finish this.?

Unless you have left the addy back from all external edges (on the back of the tile) you will struggle getting them in , should be fit as you go along David, take em off and get some trims from your local tile shop and re fit them

Failing that cut the trim with a Stanley so only the bevled part is left and then silicone that bit on the edge. Bit of a bodge job but it should work.

That's how I nearly lost the use of my thumb doing that!
No way would I try that again haha
Can u not get a piece of 10-15mm upvc quadrant and use that?
I don't know if u can get it that small.
