Im trying to sort out my CV. I have one from my old career (Packaging Design Industry) but not for tiling. I can only find samples online from US companies does anyone know where I can find a sample thats UK relevant or are willing to send me theirs. I need to know what I should or shouldnt include.

I'm pretty good at writing CV's and tend to do mine (or my friends and family's) in Word from scratch. If you want me to knock up a bit of a template for you (if you have microsoft word) then let me know and I'll use one of these I have and change it to tiling related stuff for you and fire it over.

I also change them normally just slightly for each job people are applying for, and write a brilliant cover letter based on what the company said they wanted in a person in their job advert. If my CV's don't get looked at there is a monkey looking through them and not a HR person. Whether they get the job (and the often get an interview at least) is another thing.

slate, to rectified edge polished porcelain. Organising time No 660 MR207
schedules to ensure the job ran smoothly and was completed MR210
on time to the highest standard.

Mr Walker, Uppermill, Oldham

Preparing circular walk in shower area to receive mosaic walls MR203 MR204
and limestone floor. Tanking system applied to existing plywood MR209
walls, Aquapanel laid to correct falls on floor.
Mr & Mrs Cohen, Hale, Cheshire

Liaising with interior designer to create unique finishes to three MR79 MR09
bathrooms. Setting out walls and floor to receive polished MR203 MR205
porcelain, bonded through to ensure floor and wall joint pick up
precisely.

safe at all times. Supervising Screeders, Tilers and Labourers using power MR 209 No’s 614
vibration flooring system. 660

houses to renovating original Victorian Geometric floors to their former glory.

building (day release) Attained City and Guilds May 1970.
