Customer has karndean on ground floor of his house. All over floor are small blisters in karndean (like screwhead).
Floor has been sanded, primed ( dont know a products used) but selflevel is also debonding in places. It is going to be replaced with tiles.I think that issue is a moisture in anhydrite as they never made a test.
I was goin to lift karndean, remove selflevel, sand and prime again. But what about moisture? House build 1 year ago.
what are ur opinions on this? it is 80 sq m. porcelain going down now. thanks.
