tiling on chipboard.

HI has any one on here used "unibond tiling wooden floors adhesive as ive a bathroom floor to tile and it has chipboard down and this stuff boasts it can be used on chipboard,thanks.

ive never used it,and i would still put ply down or some no more ply.surely the adhesive cnt stop movement?

also consider hardie backer board.

Technically you can tile onto it using a 2 part rubber crumb adhesive, but always best overboarding it if at all possible.

I havnt used it but I know that a some addy says that it can be used over chip board but I would never tile over the stuff if I have a choice. The man who invented No More Ply should get a medal!!!!

hes probably got a few quid by now m8!personally i havent tried it but im sure we will meet one day.
