There is yes for tradesmen.. after some input to Tilers forums then you can request access.. the No prices policy is just to keep it fair for all those that do not want joe public knowing what tilers charge etc and then try to bargain down prices etc.. anyway the Tilers Arms is the place for all things pricing etc..

The only way to charge for steps / stairs is on a day rate IMO.
You haven't mentioned whether this is a porcelain or stone job either.
