hi there you can seal the floor if you wish but no need to as long as you make sure the concrete is not dusty at all, a 3mm joint would look good and if you are doing the job yourself only mix small amount of adhesive as in this weather the rapid set will be even more rapid,may be use slow set as long as you can get to the places you need to ,good luck:thumbsup:
