Lots of second hand stuff :lol: Seriously though, a decent manual cutter that could cope with everything, a grinder with a good blade (this eliminates the need for a wet cutter IMO) a good quality cordless drill for screwing the hardie's down then then usual bits and pieces, trowels, floats, spirit levels, mixing drill, hole corers etc etc. I reckon the first three will cost around £600 leaving you £400 for all the other bits, which I think is doable. Then when you get the work rolling in you can start to splash out on wet cutters and have a larger selection of manual cutters to deal with every tile type/size.
