Hello again!!
Sorry to cover old ground, however I am again a little confused!
I have read that if fitted in a wet environment, such as a shower, travertine should be allowed to breathe; otherwise any moisture that penetrates it cannot get out. Consequently the travertine should not be sealed.

I would have thought that you would need to seal to keep the water out…
What is your opinion, would you use an impregnator or sealer, and if so which one?
Many Thanks in advance!
