went in to silicon gap between floor and tiled skirting today and customer said grout would be better! won't bore you with discussion that took place, but when you are waiting for a big cheque the customer has the last say. He has been warned!

cheques in the bank now don't care, left him the spare grout lol

I get that quite often, "why have you not grouted, around the door frame? down the corner joint? ect ect" I normally show them why, if they have some older tiling in the house, then its "will you sort that out for me"
