just watching this video and spotted a big error on the carpenters part... or is it me thinking incorrectly. at around 22:50 he says to make sure the joints are tight... but doesn't that leave no room for expansion? or is that only in the case of overboarding already laid floors on top of joists? good vid tho very in formative and detailed!

Some of his stuff is good, but he's not a master at everything. I've seen him do a lot of rubbish stuff on TV. And that bricky tool he endorsed was the biggest load of tosh in the 00's.

I watched a video of the plasterer he uses to do some videos on plastering and they were all slating him in the comments saying he was doin it wrong but that carpenter has some good videos.
